These Terms of Service apply to purchases made on gydget.com.

2. Independent retailer
Gydget is an independent retailer of electronics, gaming, audio, home appliances, and accessories. We are not an authorised dealer and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party manufacturers or brand owners unless we expressly say so.

Third-party brand names, trademarks, logos, model numbers, and other identifying references remain the property of their respective owners. Where used on this website, they are provided for product identification, description, or compatibility purposes only.

3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, dimensions, and other product information. Minor differences in appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or packaging.

4. Pricing and orders

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

6. Warranty
Eligible products purchased through Gydget are covered by the Gydget 12-Month Limited Warranty. This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NPN Electronics Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from products purchased through the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence still apply where they cannot be excluded.
